Spiritual Identity

Nahum 3:1, 5-6 & 19

"Woe to the city of blood, full of lies, full of plunder, never without victims."

"I am against you," declares the Lord God Almighty.  "I will lift your skirts over your face.  I will show the nations your nakedness, and the kingdoms your shame.

I will pelt you with filth, I will treat you with contempt, and make you a spectacle (to others)."

"Nothing can heal you, your wound is fatal.  All who hear the news about you clap their hands at your fall..., for who has not felt your endless cruelty."

Today's Scripture Guidance

See Yourself As God Sees You!

Micah 6:6-8

"With what shall I come before the Lord and bow down before the exalted God?  Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?

Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, with ten thousand rivers of olive oil?  Shall I offer my first born (child) for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

God has shown you, oh man, what is good.  And what does the Lord (God) require of you?  To act justly; and to love mercy..., and to walk humbly with your God."
