Today's Scripture Guidance

Zechariah 3:1-4

Then he (the Angel of the Lord God) showed me Joshua the high priest (Israel) standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him (Israel).

The Lord (God) said to Satan, "The Lord rebuke you, Satan!  The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem (His people)..., rebuke you!  Is not this man (Israel) a burning stick snatched from the fire?"

Now Joshua (Israel) was dressed in filthy clothes as he stood before the Angel.

The Angel said to those who were standing before him, "Take of his (Israel's) filthy clothes."  Then he (the Angel), said to Joshua (Israel), "See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put fine garments on you."

Genesis 18:10-14

And He (God in the form of a man) said to him (Abraham), "I will certainly return to you according to the time of life, and behold, Sarah your wife shall have a son."  (Sarah was listening in the tent door which was behind Him.)

Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advance in age; and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.

Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, "After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure (sex); my lord (husband being old also?"

And the Lord (God) said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh, saying 'Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?'

"Is anything to hard for the Lord.?"
